Dialysis does not wash it out faster
Renal dialysis is not expected to accelerate clearance. Vardenafil is highly protein-bound and little of the dose leaves in urine.
Do not use the tablet in patients on renal dialysis. That off is a use-in-population row, not a duration hack.
Parent and M1 share those hours
M1 is the major circulating metabolite. The label gives it the same 4-5 hour terminal half-life as parent.
This room will not unpack M1's 26% plasma share or the 7% activity clause. Those are a different PK sitting.
Once-a-day is the frequency, not a duration promise
One tablet per day is how often you may swallow. It is not a claim that an erection lasts 24 hours.

What half-life does the label print?
Terminal half-life of parent and M1 is approximately 4 to 5 hours after oral dosing. That is the duration number this scan will hold.
Clearance sits near 56 L/h. Those two facts close the PK duration job. Stop there.
Why men compare it to a weekend tablet
Tadalafil's long clock is a different INN and a different panel. This page will not borrow that 36-hour highlight.
Pick vardenafil when a short tail is the point. Do not grade it against a weekend span it never claimed.
Where duration is not an onset dare
The 60-minute swallow hour is its own scan. Half-life does not set that hour.
