72-hour ritonavir is not 'daily'
Ritonavir stretches the cap: one 2.5 mg swallow across 72 hours. Cobicistat uses that same long interval.
That is slower than once daily. Do not call it a daily course. Details on CYP3A4.
Is this a standing daily ED course?
No. The labelled use is as-needed. The file does not write a 2.5 or 5 mg every-morning ED schedule for vardenafil.
If someone wants a same-time daily tablet, that is another panel: daily tadalafil. This scan stays on Levitra's once-a-day cap.
Missed as-needed has no catch-up dose
There is no missed-dose ritual because there is no standing schedule. Swallow when the evening is planned, once.
Do not take two tablets the next night to 'catch up.'
A failed first tablet is not a second swallow
No response after a movie and no stimulation is not a failed dose. Try a later day with a real attempt.

What does once per day actually cap?
One tablet in 24 hours, whichever strength the script named. 10 mg plus a later 10 mg is two tablets.
Splitting the evening into 'a taste at 6 and the rest at 8' is still two swallows if both pieces go down.

A same-hour morning tablet is not hidden inside this label. Do not invent one by taking 5 mg vardenafil every night.
