What did the 20 mg plus 0.5 g/kg study show?
Vardenafil 20 mg did not potentiate the hypotensive effects of that alcohol dose over 4 hours in healthy volunteers.
Healthy volunteers are not a first-night 68-year-old on an alpha-blocker. Do not export 'no extra drop' to that room.
Wine is not a QT screen
A drink does not clear congenital long QT or sotalol. Rhythm avoids stay on the QT tag.
Do not treat 'I drank and felt fine' as an electrophysiology pass.
Did alcohol change vardenafil levels?
Alcohol and vardenafil plasma levels were not altered when dosed simultaneously in that study.
Wine is not a CYP3A4 inhibitor row. Keep ritonavir math on the CYP scan.
First-night 10 mg plus a hot room
A first labelled start plus heat plus wine is a faint pattern clinicians hear every summer. The alcohol study did not stage that room.
Keep the first swallow quiet and seated. Age 65 starts are a different scan.
Orthostasis is still a standing problem
The label still says vardenafil can potentiate the hypotensive effects of nitrates, alpha-blockers, and antihypertensives. Alcohol was a separate, quieter sitting.
Sit down if the room spins. Syncope is a stop, not a second glass.
Where to read nitrates instead
Chest pain and a nitrate spray are not an alcohol question. Open nitrates.
Poppers count as nitrates. A drink does not open them.
