Which OTC scan already said aisle no
Over-the-counter no is Lasix OTC. This URL is the website check.
Ions after a real fill: electrolyte reviews. Panel: furosemide 40 mg.
How to use the state license locator
FDA's Locate a State-Licensed Online Pharmacy tool lets you open your state's board database. Search the shop. If it is missing, walk away even if the homepage looks polished.
If it is listed, still confirm the other three checks. Licensed in the state they operate from and, when different, in the state they ship to.
Four BeSafeRx checks before a cart
Prescription required. US address and phone on the site. A pharmacist you can actually reach. A license you can see in the state database. All four, not one logo.
A seal you cannot verify is not a substitute for the locator. NABP not-recommended lists exist; absence from a bad list is not proof of safety.
When FDA wants a rogue shop reported
FDA asks consumers to report internet sales from unsafe online pharmacies. MedWatch is for adverse effects from a medicine you already took.
Counterfeit-medicine pages sit next to BeSafeRx on FDA.gov.
What a US address and pharmacist look like
A PO box overseas with a US-looking 800 number is not the check. You want a physical US address and a way to talk to a person when something is wrong.
Brick-and-mortar pharmacies that also mail from a US license are an ordinary pattern. A storefront photo stolen from another chain is not.
Why a site that skips the script is out
No US prescription means the shop is already failing the first check. Rogue sites sell unapproved or counterfeit tablets outside state-board safeguards.
A quiz that ships 40 mg is not a visit. Do not finish a mystery strip to see if the imprint looks right.
